By accessing and using S-Tier Cleaning Services ("we", "our", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and S-Tier Cleaning Services.
2. Services
S-Tier Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Adelaide, South Australia. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in/out cleaning
- Post-construction cleanup
- End-of-lease cleaning
- Office cleaning
3. Booking and Scheduling
3.1 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
3.2 Scheduling Changes
We understand that circumstances may change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any scheduling changes. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3.3 Access Requirements
You must ensure that our cleaning team can access the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, you may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the service cost.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Service Pricing
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for services outside the original scope.
4.2 Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfer, and credit card (subject to processing fees).
4.3 Late Payment
Overdue payments may incur late fees and interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments.
5. Service Standards and Liability
5.1 Service Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address the issue promptly.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear to property
- Items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Damage caused by pets or third parties
5.3 Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage including public liability and workers compensation insurance. Our team members are fully trained and background-checked.

You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements
- Ensure the property is safe and accessible for our team
- Remove or secure valuable items before service
- Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special requirements
- Pay for services as agreed
- Treat our team members with respect
7. Health and Safety
We prioritize the health and safety of our team and customers. Our team follows strict safety protocols and uses professional-grade equipment and cleaning products. Please inform us of any allergies or health concerns.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8.2 Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed for services not performed or for legitimate complaints resolved to your satisfaction. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
9. Intellectual Property
The S-Tier Cleaning Services name, logo, and all related content are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted materials without our written permission.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Australian courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
